Wroclaw airport in Poland has carried out the first test of EuGenius, a customer service robot which speaks foreign languages and knows the rules of etiquette.
“In the future, artificial intelligence will replace me as president,” said Dariusz Kuś, president of Wroclaw Airport.
“If the robot proves itself, soon more robots will join it. We are improving service standards at our airport constantly.
“Ultimately, it will be entirely robotic, and in the future artificial intelligence will replace me as president,” said Dariusz Kuś, president of Wroclaw Airport.
Designed by General Robotics operating in Wroclaw Technology Park, EuGenius is 1.5 metres tall and weighs 60 kilograms.
